REFUND POLICY

Bhasha Research and Publication Centre have instituted a Donation Refund Policy to ensure that requests for refunds of donations made in error through our site are handled fairly and transparently. Bhasha Research and Publication Centre encourage all donors to donate with caution and research beforehand. Bhasha Research and Publication Centre may also seek further documents or information, in which case, donors are expected to cooperate.

For making a claim for refund, you may write to us at bhasharesearch@gmail.com no later than 15 days after making such a donation, by whatever means (Cheque/ UPI/ Net Banking/ Demand Draft or any other electronic means) to Bhasha Research and Publication Centre.

The email must contain details of
(i) the person making the donation and claiming the refund( the Name and email ID)
(ii) the date of payment of donation
(iii) the mode of payment
(iv) the amount donated
(v) the payment :

• In case of Cheque or Draft - The Cheque or Draft Number
• If made by credit card, the last 4 digits of the same
• If made via electronic means, the transaction ID.
• Because all donations are voluntary, all refund claims will be scrutinized on an individual basis.
